Welcome to the Dreifuss Fireplaces and Garage Doors Pro Account Program (“Program”). This Program is brought to you by Dreifuss Fireplaces and Garage Doors, Inc. and its affiliates (“Dreifuss”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to honor and reward our valued professional clients. This Program is accessible exclusively to professional clients engaging in qualifying transactions through Approved Channels. “Approved Channels” include Dreifuss brick-and-mortar locations within the United States, our official website, and the Dreifuss Mobile Application (“App”), specifically designed for the United States market. Resellers are not eligible for participation in this Program.

 

  1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

 

By engaging in the Program, you, the participant (“you” or “Member”), agree to be bound by these Dreifuss Pro Account Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By your participation, you acknowledge and consent to the following: (1) you have reviewed and accepted these Terms; (2) you affirm your status as a professional client utilizing the Program solely for business dealings; (3) Dreifuss reserves the right to determine the conditions of membership expiration and renewal at its discretion; (4) Dreifuss retains the authority to modify or discontinue the Program at any time, with or without notice; and (5) Dreifuss may, at its discretion, terminate your membership for any reason including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, and may pursue legal action for any such offenses.

 

  1. FINANCIAL INCENTIVE NOTIFICATION

 

Membership in the Program may entitle you to discounts, exclusive deals, and additional perks, detailed further in Section III (PROGRAM AND BENEFITS). The nature and extent of these benefits are influenced by your purchase history and inferred preferences.

 

To facilitate the Program and deliver these benefits, we may collect information including but not limited to:

 

– Identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, Program ID, and physical address.

– Details of your interaction with our digital platforms.

– Information on your purchases, visits, and services you’ve utilized.

– Payment information to streamline your transactions.

– Professional details relevant to your trade or business.

Opting into the Program requires registration through Approved Channels and acceptance of these Terms.

 

Identification through your Program ID is necessary for associating your transactions with your membership. This enables us to tailor our offerings based on your purchasing behavior. Participation in the Program implies consent for Dreifuss and its affiliates to contact you for both marketing and non-marketing purposes across various channels as per legal allowances.

The valuation of personal information collected is reasonably tied to the Program’s benefits, as calculated by dividing our annual costs in maintaining member information by the total number of members, estimated at $.45-$.50 per Member.

– Conduct a Qualifying Purchase.

Identification methods include using your Program ID during in-store checkouts, being logged into your account for online purchases, or uploading a valid receipt via the Account section on our website or App within 30 days of purchase.

 

Members may register payment methods to their account for tracking Qualifying Purchases.
